Playacar, north Playa and Punta Esmeralda
These areas sit on different sides of Centro. Choosing the Hotel first avoids planning the ride around the wrong part of Playa del Carmen. Punta Esmeralda is a public beach in north Playa, not a downtown landmark.
Return to the airport

What if baggage claim or customs makes me leave the terminal much later than the flight arrival?

Can the vehicle reach a Hotel beside the pedestrian part of Quinta Avenida?
Some pedestrian streets have no vehicle access. Tell us your hotel name and lobby so we can use its vehicle entrance or the closest accessible meeting point.

Confirm your operator’s terminal, sailing, baggage rules and boarding deadline, allowing time to walk to the pier. Do not select a nearby hotel as a substitute.
When do I enter the Hotel and pickup time?
