Use the airline app or current flight status. A terminal saved weeks ago is not an operational confirmation.
International arrivals complete the applicable entry process before baggage claim. Keep travel documents available.
Confirm the baggage belt on the airport display and report missing checked baggage to the airline before leaving the secure area.
Finish the applicable customs process before looking for transportation. A driver cannot enter baggage claim or customs.
Continue through the transportation area to the terminal-specific meeting point in your confirmation. Do not accept a replacement ride from an unrelated seller.
Use the company, code and instructions in your confirmation. If you cannot find the representative, stay in the stated area and contact the team before hiring another vehicle.
Mexico entry requirements
The exemption depends on the passport used for travel, not only on your country of residence.
An eligible valid visa or permanent-resident document can replace a Mexican visa for an unpaid visit under 180 days.
A visa or exemption lets you present yourself at the port of entry; it does not guarantee admission or a specific number of days.
For unpaid visits under 180 days, Mexico accepts a valid and current visa from Canada, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom or a Schengen country. It also accepts proof of permanent residence in those countries or a Pacific Alliance country. Both the passport and supporting document must be valid.

Answers for a clearer arrival
Your airline and live flight status are the final source for the terminal. Confirm it before travel and again on arrival because operational assignments can change.
After baggage claim and customs, continue through the transportation hall and exit the terminal. Your confirmation contains the exact meeting instructions and our team monitors your flight.
Use the provider named in your confirmation. Travelers can encounter multiple sales representatives before reaching the public exit; you do not need to purchase another ride when your private transfer is already reserved.
Provide the correct airline and flight number. Flight monitoring helps the operations team adjust coordination; if the airline changes your flight number, contact us with the update.
Same-day availability can be limited. Reserving in advance gives you a confirmed reservation code, vehicle category and total before the service.
Cancun International Airport uses Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4. Your airline and live flight information determine the terminal for a specific flight.
Do not build a connection around walking between terminals. Follow the airport signs and current inter-terminal instructions, and allow additional time whenever separate tickets or a terminal change are involved.
Use the check-in time required by your airline, then add the drive from your Hotel, traffic and terminal access. International and domestic requirements can differ, so the airline instruction is the final reference.
ASUR lists ADO service at Terminals 2, 3 and 4. A bus reaches its scheduled terminal, not every Hotel entrance, so include the final connection when comparing options.
Banking and exchange services are listed by ASUR in passenger areas, but providers and exact locations vary by terminal. Check the current official directory and the amount shown before confirming any transaction.
For checked baggage, contact the airline baggage desk. For an item lost in the terminal, use the airport or terminal contact channel. Keep the flight, baggage tag and terminal details available.
Request airline assistance before travel and confirm the meeting process for the specific terminal. Tell the transportation company about mobility equipment so the reserved vehicle can be reviewed before arrival.
Food, convenience retail and duty-free options operate in passenger areas of Terminals 2, 3 and 4. Availability depends on terminal, security side and operating hours.
Yes. Select the exact Hotel or transportation zone when quoting. A private transfer is reserved for your party and travels to the confirmed property without a public-bus terminal connection.
It depends on your passport nationality and any valid immigration document you can use under Mexico’s facilitation rules. Check the current National Migration Institute lists before travel; airline boarding staff and Mexican immigration will review your documents.

For tourism, transit or another unpaid visit of less than 180 days, Mexico states that a valid and current visa from Canada, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom or a Schengen country can be used as an alternative to a Mexican visa. The document and passport must remain valid for the trip.
Mexico lists proof of permanent residence in Canada, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, a Schengen country or a Pacific Alliance country as an alternative to a Mexican visa. Temporary residence, work permits and extension notices are not automatically equivalent; verify your exact document with a Mexican consulate.
No. A visa or exemption allows you to travel to the port of entry, but the Mexican immigration authority makes the final admission decision and determines the authorized stay after reviewing your documents and purpose of travel.
Keep a valid passport, Hotel reservation or address, return or onward ticket, trip itinerary and proof that you can cover the stay available. Immigration may ask about your usual residence, purpose, length of stay, host and departure plan.
The INM states that international-airport arrivals do not need to fill out or carry a paper Multiple Immigration Form because the entry record is generated during immigration processing. Follow the officer’s instructions and keep the entry information provided with your passport.
