We collect information you provide when requesting or managing a reservation, including name, contact details, service dates, flight information, passenger count, Hotel or destination and service notes. Payment card data is processed by the selected payment provider; this website does not store full card details.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand page use, clicks, scrolling and booking-funnel performance. Clarity may record interactions such as mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. These tools are delivered through Google Tag Manager and should not receive payment-card details or the personal content entered in reservation fields.

Information is used to quote, create, coordinate, modify and support transportation services; communicate confirmations and operational updates; process payments; prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; and evaluate service quality.

Information may be shared with payment processors, communications providers, assigned transportation personnel and other suppliers required to deliver the reservation, as well as authorities when legally required.

Under applicable Mexican data-protection law, you may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition regarding your personal data. Contact customer service with your full name, reservation reference, contact details and a clear description of the request.

We use administrative and technical safeguards, access controls and encrypted transport. No internet transmission is completely risk-free. Data is retained only as necessary for service, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.
